Get Ready With Ingredients:

5 Green Chilies

2 tbsp grated

Coconut powder

1tbsp Jeera

1 tbsp GingerGarlic Paste

2 tbsp. Black pepper


Preparation Process:

1. Prepare Masala Paste

Just grind well, all the ingredients to get ready with tasty Masala paste


2. Soak one cup of washed rice and 1/2 cup of Moong Dal for 30 Mins


3. Get Ready with Small Chopped Onions


4. Heat The Cooker and add 2 tbsp. of Oil and 1 tbsp. of Ghee


5. Add Mustard, Jeera, Urad Dal, Channa Dal


6. Add Chopped Onions and Curry Leaves


7. Add paste which is prepared previously in Step 1


8. Mix well and let it cook until Raw Flavor of paste goes


9. Add the soaked rice and Moong Dal. Mix well and leave it for 30 Seconds


10. Add 7 cups of water and salt to taste


11. Close the lid of the cooker and let it cook for 5 to 6 whistles


12. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with ghee
